Return and Refund Policy — Wacko Store BD
At Wacko Store BD, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality fragrance decants and products with customer satisfaction as our top priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
B. Return Conditions
B(a): Products must be returned in their original packaging. Otherwise the return will be void.
B(b): Customers may check decants in front of the delivery agent without spraying. Otherwise the return will be void.
B(c): Cancellation after dispatch requires the courier fee to be paid by the customer.
B(d): Full bottle fragrances must remain unopened and cellophane intact. Otherwise the return will be void.
B(e): A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns (e.g. mailed invoices, order confirmation).
B(f): If a customer believes a product provided by us is not authentic, valid proof is mandatory before a return is accepted.
B(g): A false claim without valid proof may be subject to legal obligations.
F. Shipping on Returns
F(a): If the return conforms to our policy, Wacko Store BD covers the shipping cost.
F(b): If a return does not meet our criteria, we do not offer returns.
G. Exchanges
G(a): Exchanges are allowed for unused, defective products only.
G(b): The delivery agent will inspect the product before proceeding with the exchange.
G(c): If misuse or a false claim is detected, the exchange request will be void.
G(d): Exchanges will be handled hand-to-hand at delivery where possible.
G(e): If our courier partners do not allow direct exchange at certain locations due to logistics, the customer must return the item first. A replacement will be sent once received and inspected.
G(f): Courier fees are covered by Wacko Store BD if the exchange falls within our terms.
H. Refund Options
H(a): Customers may request a full refund, store credit, or partial refund depending on their preference, as long as the request meets our return conditions.
H(b): Refunds are processed within 24 hours, except for special cases requiring additional validation.
H(c): For lost packages during shipping, customers can choose between a new product dispatch, refund, or store credit.
I. Order Cancellation
I(a): Customers can cancel orders at any time before dispatch. A courier fee is charged if cancellation is requested after the order has been dispatched.
I(b): No other fees apply for cancellation.
